How does the ordering process work?
Browse our collections and select the garment you want. During checkout, you will be guided through our measurement tool where you enter your body measurements. We use those exact numbers to craft your suit from scratch. Once your order is placed, your garment is made and shipped directly to you.
How do I submit my measurements?
We have a built-in measurement guide that walks you through each measurement step by step with visual diagrams. You can find it on any product page or visit your My Measurements page to save your measurements for future orders. All you need is a soft measuring tape and a few minutes.
What measurements do I need to provide?
Depending on the garment, we collect measurements including chest, waist, hips, shoulder width, sleeve length, outseam, neck, back length, bicep, wrist, and thigh. Our guide covers each one with clear instructions and an interactive body diagram.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Because every garment is custom made, please allow 3 to 5 weeks for production and delivery. Shipping is free on orders over $110.
Can I return my custom suit?
Since every Blackwell Custom garment is individually crafted to your specific measurements, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-made items. However, we offer a $50 local tailor reimbursement if your garment needs minor fit adjustments. See our Return Policy for full details.
What is the $50 tailor reimbursement?
If your garment does not fit as expected and needs minor alterations, take it to any local tailor of your choice. Keep the receipt, then submit it through our Alteration Reimbursement Form. We will reimburse up to $50 within 5 to 7 business days.
What if my garment arrives damaged or defective?
If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our secure checkout powered by Stripe.
Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest, but we recommend creating an account so you can save your measurements, track your orders, and reorder faster in the future.
