Made-to-Order Policy
Because every Blackwell Custom garment is individually crafted to your specific measurements, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-made items.
$50 Local Tailor Reimbursement
We understand that fit is everything. If your garment does not fit as expected and needs minor alterations, we will reimburse up to $50 toward the cost of adjustments at your local tailor.
How It Works
- Step 1: Try on your garment when it arrives. If the fit needs adjustment, take it to any local tailor of your choice.
- Step 2: Have the tailor make the necessary alterations and keep your receipt.
- Step 3: Fill out the Alteration Reimbursement Form below. Upload a clear photo of your tailor receipt.
- Step 4: We review your submission and issue a reimbursement of up to $50 within 5-7 business days.
Eligibility
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- A clear photo of the tailor receipt is required (showing cost and date).
- Maximum reimbursement is $50 per order, regardless of number of items altered.
- Covers fit alterations only (hemming, taking in/out, sleeve length, etc.) – not damage, stains, or redesign.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
